Claims Technician – Auto Claims

This position’s job duties include preparing incoming claim documents for distribution, opening of new claims, data entry of claim information including check issuance, preparing and sending required claim forms, answering incoming telephone calls, and placing outbound calls as necessary.

Candidates must have a good understanding of computer entry programs, possess good typing skills, and can work with a high level of accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills are vital for this position.
