Assistant Claims Representative – Property/Casualty Claims

North Star Mutual Insurance Company is looking for motivated individuals interested in assisting customers while working insurance claims from start to finish.

Applicants must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service while documenting and managing claim files. Duties include assessing coverage, evaluating bodily injury or property damage and negotiating claim files to conclusion. This dynamic position involves exposure to many different professions.

Self-motivated individuals that possess strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor’s degree or related work experience preferred. Previous insurance related background would be helpful, but is not required. On the job training provided.

This is a full-time in-office position.
