This full time position requires knowledge of and the ability to troubleshoot the Windows 2000 operating system and Microsoft Office 2000 products. Knowledge in the areas of SQL2000, Microsoft Access, Linux, and the ability to train others would be a plus. This position will also require knowledge in the areas of security, networking, installation of peripheral devices, and the upgrading of hardware and software products.
Requirements include, but not limited to, the ability to perform hardware and software support to different skill levels of users, to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a high aptitude for learning new products and attaining new skills. This person must be capable of independent problem solving, be a good listener and committed to the support of local and remote staff.
