Help Desk Support Specialist – Information Technology

North Star Mutual Insurance Company is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual to be a Help Desk Support Specialist in our IT Department.

Responsibilities include setting up users, taking support phone calls, researching/troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, supporting Windows based operating systems and Microsoft Office applications as well as other software packages, and providing support of devices such as laptops, desktops, phones and printers.

Individuals with excellent problem solving abilities, a desire to learn new things, strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation with the ability to function as part of a team, and a desire for long-term growth within the company are encouraged to apply.

Related education and/or experience for this position is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office position.
