This position involves the entry of data from applications and endorsements, assembling and correcting of policies, indexing mail, and the use of Microsoft Word. This position may also involve limited computer program rating in order to provide a quote, and some contact with agents to obtain information. This position also has the primary responsibility to route incoming department phone calls to the proper underwriter.
